In early 2004 Jellyfish.IT were commissioned by Acorn Media UK Ltd to upgrade a dated Access order management system to a system that could be accessed from anywhere, both in the office and at the employee's homes and could be used by multiple employees at once. It would need to manage all the products, customers, orders, promotions, payments and returns and provide detailed reporting on all sections for the marketing department. We achieved this by building a secure order management system using PHP & MySQL which ran off a secure Jellyfish.IT server and offered 100% up time.
Since the initial build of the order management system Jellyfish.IT have continued to offer a high level of support to Acorn Media and have continued to develop the system to suit there business needs. Acorn Media have now been a close working partner with Jellyfish.IT now for 4 years and they are offering more and more work to jellyfish.IT as we are there preferred supplier for all there web based needs.
